W.P.(C) No. 589/2019 The petitioner seeks action in respect of unauthorised construction resulting in danger to neighbouring properties allegedly existing in property bearing No. F-24/167, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi. In respect of such unauthorised construction, the petitioner has already made a representation dated 7/9.01.2011 to respondent No. 1.

Mr. Vidit Gupta, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent No. 1 is present. He points-out that there may be some doubt as to the petitioner's locus standi to file the present petition since the petitioner is not a resident of the same sector of Rohini in Delhi. Be that as it may, it would suffice if the present petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as a representation ; and to consider the same and

take action as may be warranted in accordance with law, at the earliest. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J.
