The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(a) set-aside the order dated 27.04.2022 passed by Shri. Abhitesh Kumar, learned Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act), Digital Court04, South, Saket Courts in Complaint Case NI Act No. 2267/2022 titled "Jineshwar Trade Pvt. Ltd. vs. Kinjal Digital Imaging Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and others", whereby the learned Judge has taken cognizance AND/OR (b) Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since passed away on 17.07.2024. 4.
