% 02.05.2018 There are two petitions each under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 one registered as arbitration petition no. 1269/2017 pending in the court of Mr. Praveen Kumar, Additional District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi and the other petition no. 271/2017 pending in the court of Mr. Ajay Gulati, Additional District Judge, South at Saket Courts Complex. It is stated by counsel for both parties that the two petitions are connected to each other.

In this view, with consent, the matter pending before Additional District Judge at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi is withdrawn from the said court and transferred for further proceedings in accordance with law to the Additional District Judge, as aforesaid at South District at Saket Courts Complex.

TR.P.(C.) 15/2018
