% 21.01.2019 At this stage, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in view of the pendency of RFA No. 950/2018 against the order dated 19.4.2018 of the learned Trial Court in Suit No. CS(DJ) 3037/17 pending before the Court of Additional District Judge- XIV, out of which review was sought by the petitioner herein, as the defendant before the learned Trial Court, which review application was dismissed vide order dated 7.9.2018 and taking into account the factum that the operation of the very said judgment dated 19.4.2018 of which the review has been sought, having already been stayed in RFA 950/2018, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to seek redressal in accordance with law after disposal of RFA 950/2018, if any required.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
