This appeal is disposed of with the consent order that whatever amount is deposited by the appellant in this Court, be released to the respondent along with accrued interest.

Appellant will pay a further sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent/defendant within a period of two months from today positively, failing which thereafter respondent will be entitled to interest at 18% per annum on this amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. 3.

The aforesaid amount of Rs.1,50,000/- be paid by the appellant in the name of the respondent, in the bank account of the respondent, and details of the bank account will be given by the counsel for the respondent to the counsel for the appellant within a period of two weeks from today.
