This petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(5) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of Arbitrator.

During the pendency of this petition, parties have amicably resolved their disputes. Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that Respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the Petitioner on 21.05.2025 and on the same day, Petitioner will issue a relieving letter to the Respondent.

This petition is accordingly disposed of recording the settlement between the parties and making it clear that parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement and will ensure that the respective obligations are fulfilled under the settlement terms within the agreed timeframe.
