This is an application seeking exemption from filing originals/certified copies of documents, left side margins, electronic documents, etc. Original documents shall be produced/filed, if sought, strictly as per the provisions of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018. 3.

Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 4.

This is a petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal.

The dispute between the parties pertains to work for the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Pre-commissioning, Assistance to commissioning, and assistance to Performance Guarantee Test Runs in the designated units for the LSTK-B package of its Paradip Refinery Project to be set up in Paradip town, State of Odisha. The first procedural hearing before the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal was held on 29th March, 2019. 7.

The Court has perused the record.

Proceedings are at the stage of cross-examination of the witness before the three member Arbitral Tribunal. 8.

Respondent has no objection in the mandate of the Tribunal being extended. Accordingly, the mandate of the Tribunal is extended for a period of one year from 24th February, 2024.
