By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in proceedings arising out of FIR No.121/2025 registered at PS: Ghazipur under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/249(a)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

After some arguments, since learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
