This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 11 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a. Initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the contemnors and punish them accordingly under section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971;

b. Pass appropriate directions for the compliance of the Order dated 04.12.2018 passed in CONT.CAS(C) 689/2017 and Order dated 05.07.2017 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4477/2017 by this Hon'ble Court, to effect the handing over of possession of the flat 63-C to the petitioner;

c. Pass any such other order or further order as this Hon'ble Court may kindly deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, the parties have entered into an oral agreement, which has been recorded in order dated 10.12.2025 passed by this Court in the following manner: - "2.

It is noted that vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in CONT. CAS(C) 689/2017, the learned Single Judge of this Court had directed the respondent-society to allot Flat 63-C, Jyoti CGHS Ltd., B-2, Sector-14 Extension, Rohini, Delhi-1100865 to the petitioner, on the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs. 5,75,000/- (maintenance charges) with the respondent-society, subject to arbitration in case the petitioner raised any dispute with respect to the said maintenance charges.

Without going into the merits of the case, it is agreed between the parties that the petitioner can be permitted to deposit the aforesaid sum alongwith interest @ 10% per annum till the date of the deposit with the respondent-society.

The parties shall work out the modalities and inform the Court on the next date of hearing.

The amount so crystalised shall be brought by the petitioner, by way of a demand draft in favour of the respondent-society, on the next date of hearing."

It is informed that respondent had informed the petitioner with respect to the aforesaid amount payable, i.e., Rs. 9,79,863/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft in favour of the respondent in pursuance of the aforesaid oral settlement agreement. Copy of the same has been retained on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of Mr. Vijay The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Kamra, submits that certificate of allotment, certificate of occupancy and NOC for necessary application to DDA for freehold, shall be supplied to the petitioner within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for respondent submits that the aforesaid documents shall be handed over to the petitioner, at the time of handing over the possession within a period of four weeks. 6.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
