Learned SPP submitted that the Trial Court has already modified the impugned order and granted anticipatory bail to the respondents, which order has already been challenged by the petitioner before this Court, hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions, with liberty to amend the CRL.M.C. Nos.989/2019,990/2019, 991/2019 and 992/2019. 2.
