The parties have amicably resolved their disputes. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 06th March, 2019 recorded before the learned mediator which is on record. The settlement agreement is marked as Ex.C1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement, Ex.C1. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement, Ex.C1. Pending application is disposed of.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
The Registry is directed to issue a necessary certificate to the plaintiff for refund of the entire Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
