Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, counsel appearing for GNCTD draws attention to the status report dated 04th October 2024, which is already on record, which states that compliance has been made. 2.

Mr. Prakash, husband of petitioner, appears and states that although other aspects have been complied with, the issue of service gratuity is yet to be complied with.

Ms. Laavanya Kaushik, states that petitioner will not be entitled to service gratuity, since having not completed the requisite number of years. The retirement gratuity had already been given. 4.

In view of the same, petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
