" a) set aside the impugned order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court of Sh, Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in case titled as Mr. Aman Gaur Vs. Mrs. Saumya Abha in H.M.A. Petition No.86 of 2024 by directing for Written Statement be taken on record, which has already been filed; b) pass the direction to disposal of Application U/s 24 of HMA 1955, of Petitioner herein, expeditiously;

c) pass the direction to the Respondent herein for payment of litigation charges at earliest;

d) pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioners and against the respondent in the interest of justice and equity."
