The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant a swimming pool license in favour of the petitioner no.1 in terms of the petitioner no.1's application dated 18th December, 2025. 2.
Mr.
Saurabh Seth, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent/NDMC submits that in terms of the recent office order of NDMC dated 23rd February, 2026, no separate license is required to be taken by the petitioner for purposes of running/operating the swimming pool. 3.
In view of the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is disposed of holding that the petitioner does not require any separate license for running/operating the swimming pool.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the parties shall remain open.
