The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction of following two properties:

i.

T/34, B-2, Khasra No. 8, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

ii.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD submits that show cause notices have been issued in respect of unauthorised construction in both the aforesaid properties on 25th February, 2026. 3.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action in respect of authorised construction in accordance with law.

In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, she is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the private respondent no.4 are kept open.
