The petitioner has filed the present application inter alia praying that directions be issued to the respondent to decide the representation made by the petitioner in terms of order dated 20.02.2024. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) submits that the issue is alive and is being discussed including pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in other petitions. He further submits that a decision whether mobile vendors are required to move every 30 minutes will be taken shortly. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner can only be decided thereafter. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed for compliance of earlier directions issued by this Court. However, it is expected that the representation made by the petitioner would be decided within a reasonable period of time.
