The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed, seeking quashing of the Charge Sheet dated 16th March, 2023 filed in FIR No. 611/2022, under Sections 323/341/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Mohan Garden, Dwarka, Delhi.

Counsel for the Petitioner emphasizes that the Petitioner is a single mother, who has separated from her husband and is living separately. 3.

Issue notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, APP for State, accepts notice. He submits that the chargesheet has been filed and arguments on charge have already been addressed before the Trial Court, and therefore, the present petition deserves to be dismissed. The Court has considered the aforesaid submissions. Given that the arguments on charge have already been addressed and the case is reserved for order on charge by the Trial Court, the present Petition is disposed of along with pending applications, with liberty to the Petitioner to approach subsequently in case she has any grievance, including on the order on charge to be passed by the Trial Court.
