The present petition assails the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction being carried out by the respondent no.5 in the property bearing No. Plot No.26, Near Jaat Chaupal, Mangolpur, Khurd, Delhi-83. 2.

Learned counsel, who appears on advance notice, submits that a demolition order as regards the unauthorized construction referred to in the petition has already been passed by the MCD on 01.10.2021. He further submits that subsequently a vacation notice was issued on 03.02.2022. assures and undertakes on instructions that the requisite demolition action in accordance with law shall be taken latest within a period of six weeks from today.

Taking the aforesaid undertaking on record and binding the respondent/MCD thereto, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

Needless to say, the concerned SHO, PS Mangol Puri shall provide the necessary assistance to the MCD for the purpose of taking requisite action.
