% 21.01.2019 Crl.M.A. 1320/2019 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 195/2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 74/2017 under Sections 384/500/506 IPC & 66C/66D/67/67(A) IT Act, 2000 registered at PS Saket on the basis of compromise. Since offence punishable under Section 384 IPC is a serious offence, no quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise is permissible and hence the petition is dismissed.
