Pursuant to the previous order dated 18th February 2025, counsel for respondent-IT Department has handed over compliance affidavit as per which refund of Rs.21,70,60,900/- has been duly issued and credited to assessee/petitioner on 7th April 2025.

The relevant transfer documents have also been appended along with the compliance affidavit. The compliance affidavit along with annexures be placed on record of this Court during the course of the day. 3.
