By virtue of the present bail application under Sections 483 and 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of interim bail in FIR No.142/2022 registered under Sections 308/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at PS: Hauz Khas. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application.
