The counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner filed the present petition against the respondents no. 2 and 3 under Rule 2(3)(4) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens, Rules, 2009, which is stated to be pending before the respondent no. 1.
