I.A. No. 42893/2024 (Application seeking refund of Court Fees in the name of Mr. Nandan Singh Syunary) 1.
The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for seeking appropriate directions. 2.
It is submitted that the present suit for permanent injunction has been decreed against the defendant nos. 1 and 3, vide order dated 16th February, 2024. Subsequently, the present suit was decreed against defendant no. 2 as well, vide order dated 24th July, 2024. By the said order, this Court has directed refund of 25% of the Court Fees to the plaintiff. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that since the plaintiff is a company incorporated and based in France, therefore, in order to receive the refund, the plaintiff may be permitted to collect the Court fees through its authorised Power of Attorney holder i.e., Mr. Nandan Singh The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
