% 09.03.2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 428 read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.538/2025 dated 22.09.2025 registered under sections 118(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at P.S.: Anand Parbat, Central District, Delhi.
Mr. Shoaib Haider, learned APP for the State submits, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, that chargesheet has been drawn-up and the petitioner has been placed in Column No.12.
Mr. Shoaib Haider, learned APP submits that in view thereof, the Investigating Officer does not require petitioner's custody. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as infructuous.
