This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 CPC for setting aside impugned orders dated 15.07.2025 and 09.01.2026 passed by the learned District Judge, South Saket District Court, New Delhi in Suit bearing TM No. 18/2016, whereby the application under Order XVI Rule 2 CPC filed by the Petitioner has been dismissed.

Mr. Markaran Singh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition. 3.

Petition along with the pending application is disposed of as withdrawn making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
