This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for seeking directions to the learned Family courts to expedite and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Petitioner filed the divorce petition on the grounds of cruelty and desertion in the year 2016. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that till date the written statement has not being filed and divorce petition is lingering date after date for one or the other reasons. 3.
