This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers :- "a) Direct an inquiry to be conducted as to why the possession of the plot bearing no 350, Block No A3, Sector 28, Rohini Residential Scheme, 1981 measuring 26 sq. meter, has not been handed over to the Petitioner till date. b) Direct the Respondents to handover the peace ful, vacant possession of plot bearing no 350, Block No A3, Sector 28, Rohini Residential Scheme, 1981 measuring 26 sq. meter to the Petitioner in a time bound manner.

c) Direct the Respondents to pay interest at the rate of 12% to the Petitioner from the date of deposit of the money till the actual physical possession of the plot is handed over to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Additionally, the respondent has also provided a list of flats available, wherein at serial No. 16, Plot No. 661, Pocket A-3, Sector 36, Rohini, admeasuring 26 sq. mtrs is shown. The list reads as under: 3.

Ms. Menon, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said plot is acceptable to the petitioner.

Hence, the petition is allowed by directing the possession of plot bearing No. Plot No. 661, Pocket A-3, Sector 36, Rohini, admeasuring 26 sq. mtrs be allotted to the petitioner.

The charges will be borne by the DDA in terms of its counter affidavit.
