% 21.01.2019 The petitioner seeks grant of parole to maintain social ties with his family and society. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that the rejection of the petitioner's application seeking an identical relief from the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, by its order dated 27.08.2018 on the ground of his having enjoyed the two weeks' furlough between July-August, 2018, is not sustainable because the current exigency of his family is pressing i.e. his minor children need to be taken care of.

In the circumstances, let the State re-consider the matter in the next six weeks and intimate the petitioner accordingly. The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed-off in the above terms.
