Vide last order dated 11.01.2024, the learned APP for the State sought time to verify the fact as to whether the appellant is still alive or not. 2.

The learned APP for the State has handed over status report in the Court, the same is taken on record.

As per the status report, the appellant has passed away on 04.01.2024 while being treated in DDU Hospital.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands abated and is disposed of accordingly.
