The present Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and under Section 528 of The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 219/2020, under Sections 354 B/376/498A/406/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Budh Vihar, Delhi. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 got married on 24.11.2017 as per Hindu Rites. However, due to temperamental differences they started living separately. At the instance of Respondent No.2, FIR No. 219/2020, under Sections 354 B/376/498A/406/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Budh Vihar, Delhi was registered against the Petitioners.

have amicably resolved their disputes in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 17.11.2024, wherein it is agreed that Petitioner No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- to Respondent No.2/ Complainant. 4.

Respondent No.2 present in the Court submits that she has received the entire settlement amount and now, no grievance against the Petitioners survives and she has 'no objection' to the quashing of the FIR. 5.

In view of the fact that the subject matter of the FIR, which essentially arises from a matrimonial dispute between the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2, stands amicably resolved in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 17.11.2024, which has been acted upon and that Respondent No.2 has 'no objection' to the quashing of FIR, the present Petition is allowed.

Accordingly, FIR No. 219/2020, under Sections 354 B/376/ 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Budh Vihar, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. 7.

The present Petition and pending Application are accordingly disposed of.
