Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 144/2017 of Police Station Kirti Nagar (West Delhi) for offence under Section 420/468/471 IPC on the ground that the respondent no.2 (complainant de facto) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of his client present in court seeks permission to withdraw this petition on being pointed out that it is the office of Joint Commissioner of Police which was defrauded for obtaining a license on the basis of forged documents. 3.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
