The Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the Show Cause Notice bearing No.186-193/Joint CP/Lic./EH (FPO-12) dated 02.01.2024 issued by Respondent No.1, the Cancellation Order dated 24.01.2024 passed by Respondent No.2 and the Suspension Order dated 12.02.2024 passed by Respondent No.3.

An additional status report has been filed by the Joint Commissioner of Police, Licensing Unit stating that an Order has been passed on 11.04.2024 quashing the Impugned Show Cause Notice dated 02.01.2024. 3.

With regard to other prayers made in the writ petition, it is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioners have given two representations to Fire Department and the NDMC respectively on 12.04.2024.

The Fire Department and the NDMC are directed to dispose of the representations dated 12.04.2024 submitted by the Petitioners within four weeks from today.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.
