The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to Respondents to pay a sum of Rs.10,86,510/- to the Petitioner which according to the Petitioner is due and payable by the Respondents for the work done by the late Shri Raju, husband of the Petitioner, who was carrying out business of construction of buildings in the name of Raju Construction.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was not aware that the aforesaid amount was due and payable to her and she only came to know about this amount during the pendency of an appeal which arose out of the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act. 3.

aforesaid amount, this Court will not be able to grant a writ for the reliefs as prayed for in the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 4.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
