The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "a. Allow the present petition and may direct / order for deleting the names of the petitioners namely Parikshit Sharma (father-in-law), Vandana Sharma (mother-inlaw) and Dr. Shweta Sharma (sister-in-law) from the array of accused persons in respect of the F.I.R. No. 852 of 2022 under section 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Dwarka North on 26.12.2022 and from the proceedings emanating therefrom.

b. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit under the present set of facts and circumstances."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the aforesaid FIR has since been quashed on grounds of compromise and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
