CRL.M.A. 30934/2024 (seeking modification of order dated 26.09.2024) 1.

By way of present application, the petitioner/applicant seeks modification of the condition imposed in the order dated 26.09.2024 vide which, the petitioner was released on furlough for a period of three weeks subject to her address being verified and her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to avail the benefit of the aforesaid order as she is unable to arrange a surety. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the order is modified to the extent that the petitioner be released on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-.
