The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No. 142/2023 dated 04.04.2023, registered at P.S. Anand Parbat, Delhi for offences under Sections 323/341/ 427/452/354A/354B/376/506/509/511/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Mr. Ritesh Bhari, learned APP states that charge-sheet has already been filed and the matter is listed before the Trial Court for framing of charges and therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. He states that Petitioner ought to approach the Trial Court and address the Court on the issue of framing of charge.
