Present petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 06.07.2019 and 08.12.2022 passed by the Special Court, NI Act whereby the proceedings initiated under Section 138 N.I. Act, and process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. were initiated against the petitioner. 2.

On the first date of hearing i.e. 10.03.2023, considering the submissions, the notice in the petition was issued and the process issued against the petitioner was stayed till the next date of hearing. 3.

The matter was listed on more than 5 occasions however, no steps were taken inasmuch as neither any process fee was filed nor the petitioner remained represented except on the last date of hearing. 4.

As per the office report, the process fee still remains to be filed. 5.

Considering the aforesaid conduct, this Court is left with no choice but to dismiss the petition in default and for non-prosecution.
