Allow the present petition and issue a writ of Mandamus and direct the state to conduct re-investigation in FIR No. 312/ 2023, PS: I P Estate, under Section 354A/ 354/ 506 IPC and Section 8 POCSO; B. Direct the Forensic Science Laboratory, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Sector 14, Rohini to produce the Mobile Phone make of Redmi, Color Blue and Black bearing IMEI No.

864324049314494 and 864324049314502 alongwith the FSL report before the Ld. Trial Court at the earliest;

C. Pass any further Order(s) and/ or Direction(s), which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.
