This Court notes that the present petition has been filed with the following prayers:
"xxx xxx xxx a) issue writ in the nature of Prohibition and / or any other Writ of similar nature, thereby getting the respondents prohibited / restrained from disconnecting the said two separate electricity connections of the petitioner no. 1 i.e. CA no. 153263464 of Third Floor portion & CA No. 153283331 of Upper Ground Floor portion, lying installed at property bearing no. 68, pocket-2, Jasola New Delhi-25, admeasuring 250.14 sq. meters.
b) issue another writ in the nature of Mandamus and / or any other Order / Direction / Writ of similar nature, thereby directing the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

As regards the prayer (a) as aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondents draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 21st February, 2022, wherein, it has been stated as follows: "xxx xxx xxx
4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that before any coercive action is taken due process of law would be followed and a show cause notice would also be required to be issued. He prays for time to file reply. Let the same be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.

respondents shall follow the due process of law, in case action is to be taken against the petitioner.

As regards, prayer (b) as aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the respondents draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 21st March, 2024, wherein, it has been stated as follows: "xxx xxx xxx

electricity connection has been granted on the second floor of the premises in question on 09th April, 2024, in favour of the petitioner no.2. However, he submits that the said connection has been installed on second floor of the premises, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents. 9.
He further submits that dues of approximately Rs. 2,65,000/-, are due and payable towards the electricity with respect to the second floor. He, thus, submits that liberty be granted to the respondents to take steps for recovery of the said dues, in accordance with law. 10.
Considering the submissions made on behalf of the respondents, this Court notes that the prayers made in the present writ petition, have been satisfied.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with the pending application, stands disposed of.
12.
However, liberty is granted to the respondents to recover their dues towards the electricity qua second floor of the premises in question, in accordance with law.
