Pursuant to previous order dated 7th May 2025, it has been reported by Mr. Mukul Singh, CGSC, counsel for respondent no.1/Delhi Milk Scheme ('DMS'), that said booth has been constructed and possession thereof has been handed over to the petitioner on 11th July 2025. 2.

Some other issues have been raised by petitioner's counsel, in that, as per the renewed agreement with DMS, petitioner is not being allowed to sell any other products apart from DMS products.

Mr. Mukul Singh states that petitioner has been allowed to sell DMS products along with bread, biscuits and chocolates. 4.

In any event, these issues for which affirmative orders, if necessitated, may be sought by petitioner before the competent court by way of an appropriate remedy.
