W.P.(CRL) 593/2024 is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 769/2023 dated 23.07.2023 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC registered at PS: Sultanpuri, Delhi along with proceedings emanating therefrom.

W.P.(CRL) 599/2024 is a petition filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 770/2023 dated 24.07.2023 under Sections 323/341/427/34 IPC registered at PS: Sultanpuri, Delhi along with proceedings emanating therefrom.

During the course of hearing, it appears that the matter has not been completely resolved and settled between the parties. 4.
Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties request some time to attempt another settlement between them and therefore seek permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions when settlement is arrived at.

Petitions along with pending applications stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
