Through the present Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks quashing of a Show Cause Notice dated 28.11.2025 [hereinafter referred to as 'SCN'] issued to the Petitioner under Section 10 of The Border Security Force Act 1968 read with Rule 20 of the Border Security Force Rules, 1969, while granting the Petitioner an opportunity to file his reply to the SCN within a period of 30 days.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner, while referring to the SCN, submits that the Competent Authority has already decided to terminate the Petitioner. Hence, the SCN is a mere formality. 3.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that the reply to the SCN has already been submitted by the Petitioner and that the Competent Authority will pass an appropriate order in accordance The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
