These applications have been filed by the applicants under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 089/2022 registered at Police Station: Sector 23, Dwarka under Section 380 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short 'IPC').

The applicants were granted interim protection by an order dated 24.02.2022 of this Court. The parties are still trying to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that he is not seeking the custodial interrogation of the applicants. 4.
In fact, the learned senior counsel for the complainant also does not oppose the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail made by the applicants.

Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants shall be released on bail in FIR No. 089/2022 registered at Police Station Sector 23, Dwarka under Section 380 IPC, subject to the condition that each of the applicants shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the following conditions:
(i) that the Applicants will join the investigation, as and when directed, in writing;
(ii) that the Applicants shall furnish their mobile phones/landline numbers and residential addresses to the IO/SHO concerned, and in the event of any change of the same, will immediately inform the same to the IO/SHO; and, (iii) The Applicants shall not indulge in any criminal activity.
