The present appeal has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 104 read with Order XLIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as "CPC") read with Section 10 of Delhi High Court Act, 1966 against the impugned Order dated 28.11.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in CS(OS) No. 431 of 2020 titled "Sh.
