By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.111/2017 under Sections 354D/506/509 IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (in short 'POCSO Act') registered at PS Maya Puri, Delhi on the complaint of the prosecutrix. 2.

Petitioner is in custody since 29th April, 2017. The prosecutrix has since been examined by the learned Trial Court. 3.

Considering that the prosecutrix, the main material witness has already been examined and the petitioner has been in custody for the last one year, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior BAIL APPLN. 174/2018

permission of the learned Trial Court and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned. 4.

Petition is dismissed.
