% 24.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith as the petitioner reserves the right to move the trial Court for an opportunity to lead evidence in rebuttal in view of the additional documents having been sought to be placed on record by the contesting defendant (Delhi Development Authority) under Order VIII Rule 1 CPC which was allowed by order dated 03.02.2016.
