This is the third application under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking regular bail in FIR No. 156/2019 under Sections 376/377/363/344/506 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer for expeditious disposal of the trial. 3.

It is pointed out that only five witnesses are remaining to be examined.

Leave granted.

In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
