The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 CPC for restoration of W.P.(C) 569/2019 seeking following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to recall the order dated 18.07.2024 and restore the aforesaid writ petition WP(C) NO.569/2019 to its original number and stage and the same be kindly heard on merits".

Vide order dated 18.07.2024, since appeared none on behalf of the parties on 16.11.2023 and 18.07.2023, the petition was dismissed in default as well as for non prosecution.
