The present writ petition is filed by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 19.01.2026 (hereafter 'impugned order'), passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal in CP No. 825/2024 in OA No. 1998/2018.

By way of the impugned order, after perusing the compliance affidavit, the learned Tribunal closed further proceedings in the contempt petition after coming to a conclusion that there has been substantial compliance of the concerned directions as the Petitioner had been promoted and given benefits up to the level of SAG. Noting the dissatisfaction of the Petitioner in regard to his non-empanelment at the level of HAG, liberty was granted to him to challenge any subsequent orders in this regard in accordance with law. 3.
