The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "A. Pass an appropriate order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the state to provide protection to the petitioners.

B. Pass any other or further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the marriage between petitioner no.1/wife and petitioner no.2/husband was solemnized on 17.02.2025 as per Hindu rites and ceremonies at Arya Samaj Mandir, Saket, Delhi. hindrances in their peaceful matrimonial life. Accordingly, notice was issued to respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4, who are father and mother of petitioner no.1 respectively are present in Court today and submit that they have no objection with the marriage of the petitioners and they have accepted the same. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of accordingly.
